Viorange - Orange Wine

An old and new style at the same time. The prolonged contact with the skins of grapes, variety Viognier, first with the must, then with wine or almost wine, gives unusual flavors and colors for a wine made from  ORGANIC white grapes. A classic vinification as used for red wines. The grape skins give up the substances contained in them making the wine much more complex both in the nose and mouth.

No filtration was done but we obtained the illimpidimento of the wine by reassembling in the first months and simple decanting by maturing the wine in cement tanks, until the time of bottling.

The carefully controlled fermentation is followed by 8 months of ageing in cement tanks.
