Grignolino D’asti Doc

An ancient autochthonous vine of Monferrato, the palate of Grignolino is of good freshness and medium tannic that surprises for its characteristic and lively ruby red color

After a selective manual harvest, with sorting of the perfectly ripe BIOLOGICAL grapes, follows the traditional vinification of the grapes in purity with maceration of 10/15 days by removing part of the numerous grapeseeds, in dialect Piemontese called "Grignole", from which derives the name.

The carefully controlled fermentation until malolactic is followed by 4 months of aging in cement tanks.
