Viorange is an organic "orange wine" made from Viognier grapes left in contact with the skins for about 30 days, following an ancient farming tradition. This unfiltered macerated wine, aged in concrete, is distinguished by its light copper color with amber shades and a bouquet rich in aromatic herbs, citrus, and white-skinned fruits like pears and quinces. With an intense and mineral flavor, it is perfect to accompany Asian cuisine, fatty fish, or white meats. Serve at approximately 14°C
