Ruchè "San Marziano" is a semi-aromatic organic wine from Piedmont, defined as "magical and mysterious" for its "sweet aggressiveness." It is distinguished by a bright ruby color with violet reflections and aromas of rose, raspberry, and wild strawberry. On the palate, it is satisfying with a dry finish, ideal to be served at 15°–17°C with flavorful dishes or the traditional hazelnut cake.
