Grignolino d'Asti DOC is an ancient indigenous grape variety from Monferrato that surprises with its freshness and characteristic ruby red color. Aged for 4 months in concrete tanks, it offers a fine and complex bouquet with floral notes of rose and carnation intertwined with spicy hints of white pepper. On the palate, it is crisp and refined, making it ideal for aperitifs, summer appetizers, and fish dishes. Serve at 17°–20°C.
