The Pinella Rosè sparkling wine is an organic Piemonte DOC Pinot Nero produced in Cocconato d'Asti. Obtained through the Martinotti (Charmat) method and aged for six months on the lees, it is distinguished by a delicate pink color and bright reflections. The nose offers characteristic fragrances of currant and pomegranate, making it ideal as an aperitif or paired with delicate dishes. Serve chilled at 6°–8°C
