Pinella" is an organic Viognier grown in the Pinella region of Cocconato d'Asti. The nose expresses hints of acacia flowers and lemon, enriched by notes of sage and apricot. On the palate, it is warm, savory, and medium-fresh, with a fruity finish reminiscent of citrus. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with delicate dishes, it should be served at a temperature of 8°–10°C
